How to redeem:

• Visit the nearest Toscano outlet.
• Inform the cashier about the Gift Card before ordering food.
• Show the Gift Card details to the cashier at the time of billing & pay any balance amount by card or cash.

1. This Gift-Card / Voucher has been powered by Toscano
2. The guest should present the Gift-Card / Voucher to the restaurant concierge, at the time of entry, for a seamless experience.
3. This Gift-Card / Voucher does not imply confirmation of booking. Prior booking over Toscano’s outlets contact numbers is recommended.
4. The Gift-Card / Voucher is applicable for Dine-in only.
5. The Gift-Card / Voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
6. The guest is advised to retain the Gift-Card / Voucher details safely and share the redemption code responsibly.
7. The bearer of the Gift-Card / Voucher shall be considered as the owner of the voucher.
8. The Gift-Card / Voucher is valid for one-time redemption only. Any Gift-Card / Voucher which is found redeemed will not be accepted.
9. If the bill exceeds the Gift-Card / Voucher value, an additional amount needs to be paid by the guest
10. The Gift-Card / Voucher can be redeemed only for the full amount and cannot be partially redeemed.
11. Guests will not be entitled for any cashback/refund in case the bill value is less than the Gift-Card / Voucher value.

13. Toscano Management reserves the right to identify the authenticity of the Gift-Card / Voucher in case of any dispute.The restaurant reserves Right to Admission.
14. Government Taxes and Services Charge as applicable.
15. In case a restaurant is non-operational due to government restrictions, political unrest, structural safety precautions etc. the guest is requested to make alternate bookings.
16. The Gift- Card / Voucher is non-refundable.
17. Vouchers will not be valid on:

• 17th, 29th, 31st March 
• 12th May
• 16th June
• 31st October
• 28th of November
• 24th, 25th and 31 of December

18. Maximum 5 vouchers applicable in a single bill.
