www.gyftcards.xyz is an Internet-based portal owned and operated by DollarPe Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its office at 2nd Floor, Metro Station Gate, 55, Lane 2, Westend Marg, near Saket, Saidulajab, New Delhi, Delhi 110030 (“DollarPe”).
Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance of all the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (“Terms”), along with any amendments made by DollarPe at its sole discretion and posted on the Website.

C. Functionalities Offered

The Website provides retail users with access to digital gift cards of 300+ brands. The service is limited to one-time purchase and redemption of such gift cards, subject to the validity period and the terms of the respective brand partner.

E. User Obligations

You agree and undertake to use the Website only to access information and purchase brand gift cards offered by DollarPe. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when using the Website, you will not:
- Modify, alter, or otherwise make derivative uses of our content, trademarks, or underlying software.
- Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from the Website.
- Infringe upon or violate the rights of DollarPe, its users, or third parties.
- Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or fraudulent use of the Website.
- Use the Website for any unlawful, malicious, fraudulent, or unethical purpose.

F. Usage Conduct

- You are solely responsible for maintaining the necessary computer equipment and Internet connections to access the Website.
- You shall use the Website for reasonable, lawful, and personal non-commercial purposes only.

H. Gift Card Services

- Each gift card purchased is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective brand partner.
- Gift cards are for one-time use only, within the validity period specified by the brand partner.
- DollarPe does not permit resale, wallet storage, or transfer of gift cards.
- DollarPe does not provide refunds or cancellations once a gift card has been purchased.
- DollarPe is not responsible for loss, theft, or misuse of gift cards once delivered to you. Any person with the gift card details can use it, and such usage will be deemed authorized by you.

The Website may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). DollarPe is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of such Linked Sites. Inclusion of links does not imply endorsement.

J. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

- DollarPe has endeavored to ensure that all information on the Website is correct, but makes no warranties regarding accuracy or completeness.
- In no event shall DollarPe be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or the gift card services.
- DollarPe shall not be responsible for any downtime, technical errors, or unavailability of the Website.

M. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
