# HOW TO REDEEM

• STEP 1: Walk in-to a GRT Jewellers store. Store List: grtjewels.com/storelocator
• STEP 2: Select the desired product, based on the Gift card type (refer to terms & conditions).
• STEP 3: At the Billing Counter, inform the cashier about the choice of making payment using Gift Cards.
• STEP 4: Cashier selects Gift Card as payment mode, submits Gift Card & PIN details in the system and completes the billing process.
• ONE-TIME USE: This e-Gift card is allowed for one-time redemption only. Any unused balance on the e-Gift card will not be refunded or credited.
• GRT Jewellers Gift Cards shall be redeemable on the physical Retail Outlets.

• Once issued, the gift card is immediately activated.
• Gift cards are redeemable at the brand's physical retail outlets.
• The validity of Gift Cards extends for 12 months from the date of activation or issuance, post which they expire.
• Gift Cards are non-convertible to cash or cheque.
• Each gift card is designated for a one-time redemption only. No partial redemptions are allowed; any remaining balance will be retained on the Gift Card.
• No replacements or reimbursements will be provided for misplaced or expired e-Gift Cards.
• The bearer assumes responsibility for the e-Gift Card, including in cases of loss, theft, destruction, or unauthorized usage.
• In events of theft or loss of the Gift Card, no replacement card will be issued nor will any reimbursement be made.
• The brand reserves the right to alter these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notification.
