- Access the Enrich Beauty app or website (www.enrichbeauty.com). Create an account if you're a new user.
- Choose either "Book a Service" or "Buy a Product" from the available options.
- To book a service, select "Salon Services."
- Prior to booking, specify your location to view pricing and make a service reservation.
- Input your location to find the nearest Enrich salon.
- Pick the closest Enrich salon to your location.
- The "Add Service" tab will now be visible to you.
- Include the service(s) you wish to avail.
- For booking details, click on "Booking Details" or access the shopping cart by clicking on the icon at the top.
- While booking an appointment, click on "Redeem Gift Card" situated below the price breakdown on the right side.
- Hit "Book an Appointment," then choose your preferred date and time.
- You can also enter the coupon code on the payment page.
- Proceed to checkout choosing either Cash on Delivery or Online payment methods.
- Booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email, contact number, and will be visible on the Enrich Beauty application.
- For in-salon visits, simply provide the gift card number to our cashier to redeem the gift card.
- The Gift Cards can be redeemed on www.enrichbeauty.com (Website & Mobile App) as well as at Enrich salons.
- These cards carry an expiration period and are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
- They cannot be swapped for cash or cheque.
- You can opt for partial redemption of the Gift Card, with the remaining balance staying intact on the card.
- In the event of the Gift Card being lost or stolen, neither a replacement card will be provided nor will there be any monetary reimbursement.
- You can check the balance on your Gift Card by logging into your account on the website or mobile app.
