Only valid GVs/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Apparel group, shall be accepted for redemption.6. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.7. The e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.8. GV/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires.9. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.11. Apparel group or Vananammay terminate or suspend Apparel group GV/e-Pay if any fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.13. Apparel group or Vananamreserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Apparel group GV/e-Pay at any time.
