An App Store Code is a voucher that holds credits which can be used to conduct your purchases in the Apple App Store.
App Store Code has a 16-digit redemption code that begins with X. It can be used for apps, games, music, movies, TV shows and iCloud.

After you’ve received your App Store Code from us, you need to activate it in the App Store.

To redeem the App Store Code, simply click on the code received in your email.
You can also redeem the App Store Code on appstore.com/redeem.
After you redeem the code, the amount will automatically be added to your Apple ID Balance
You can directly start making use of your new Apple ID Balance.

Redeem a gift card/code with your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch manually:

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open the App Store app.
At the top of the screen, tap the sign-in button or your photo.
Tap "Redeem Gift Card or Code." If you don’t see “Redeem Gift Card or Code,” sign in with your Apple ID.
Tap "You can also enter your code manually," then follow the instructions on the screen. Make sure that you enter the 16-digit code that begins with X.
Tap Done

This voucher is valid only in India.- It can be used to purchase a variety of digital content on the iTunes Store, including apps, music, movies, TV shows and books.
The voucher is available in various denominations, and the amount will be credited to your iTunes account upon redemption.
Vouchers have no expiration date, and the credit can be used until the full amount is exhausted.
Use requires an Apple ID and prior acceptance of license and usage terms.
Not redeemable for cash, for resale, for shipments outside of India and no refunds or exchanges (except as required by law).
