- Download the Third Wave Coffee® India mobile app from App Store or Play Store.
- Sign-in on the app, click on the “Pay” section, followed by “Redeem Gift Card”.
- Enter your 16-digit Third Wave Coffee gift card number and 6-digit CSV code on the ‘Redeem Gift Card’ screen.
- Wallet will be recharged as per the gift card value.
- Your Third Wave Coffee eGift Card is ready for use. Tap on the ‘Pay’ section and scan the barcode on the mobile app at any Third Wave Coffee store to redeem your eGift Card.
- The eGift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Redeemable only via the Third Wave Coffee India mobile app across all Third Wave Coffee stores in India. All app and Third Wave Coffee Rewards program terms apply.
- Purchasers should be legally competent (age of majority as per Indian law). Persons under 18 may only use the eGift Card under a parent or legal guardian's supervision.
- The eGift Card cannot be returned/refunded once purchased.
- Redeemable for dine-in and takeaway across all stores in India. Re-sale is prohibited. The card cannot be reloaded with additional funds, cancelled by the purchaser, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit, except where required by law.
- Users are responsible for the eGift Card's safety and the electronic device it's stored on. Issuer/Third Wave Coffee India is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the eGift Card.
- Purchases made with the eGift Card are not refundable, except where required by law. The Issuer, Qwikcilver, disclaims any liability for products purchased using the Gift Cards.

- Third Wave Coffee India reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Updated terms can be viewed on their website.
- Third Wave Coffee India may suspend, block, or terminate eGift Card rights if fraudulent or unauthorized use is suspected, or cancel the eGift Card program at its discretion.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Competent Courts at Bangalore.
- Usage of “Third Wave Coffee” and other trademarks requires written permission from the owner.
- E-Gift Cards are usually delivered instantly but may take up to 24-48 hours due to system issues.
