- This Gift Card is valid for both online and offline use.

- To redeem the E-gift card online, the customer must enter the gift card number and the pin before making the payment.
- The E-Gift Cards have an expiry period and shall be valid for 12 months from the date of activation/purchase.
- The E-Gift Cards will be redeemed only at the offline stores. Online redemption is not allowed.
- E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for Cash and/or cheques.
- Partial redemption of the E-Gift Card is allowed, and the balance will remain in the E-Gift Card.
- If the E-Gift Card is damaged, stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
- E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 24 hours.
