  • Customer comes to Girias outlet and expresses his/her intent to use Gift Card as payment mode
  • Selects merchandise and asks for total invoice value and shares gift card details with cashier
  • Cashier reaches to checkout page in the billing system
  • Selects gift card as a mode for payment
  • Initialize validation of Gift Card by submitting card details & PIN
  • On successful validation – Cashier will be prompted to click on redeem button- Card gets redeemed and invoice gets reduced by redeemed amount
  • In case of the total bill value goes higher than GC Redemption value, customer is requested to opt for other mode of payment like credit / debit / wallet etc. for balance payment
  • On successful payment invoice gets raised / closed.
  • The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card.
  • This card cannot be refunded/redeemed for cash/reissued, if lost / stolen.
  • E-Gift card cannot be redeemed partially.
  • Minimum Invoice value for card redemption is Rs. 1000
  • Should the purchase value be more than the gift card value the difference should be paid by other payment methods.
  • The holder of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
  • This Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance and can be redeemed only at Girias Retail Outlets.
  • Validity cannot be extended if card gets expired.
  • Maximum of five gift cards can be redeemed against single invoice.
  • No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card.
  • No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards.
  • Any dispute should be referred to Girias customer support and the decision of the company shall be final.
  • For any redemption issues related queries customer needs to get in touch with Girias customer care only.
  • All disputes must be referred to Bangalore jurisdiction and the decision of the company shall be final.
  • E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
